The hiring process at this company is extremely disorganized and lacks transparency. It seemed that neither the HR team had clarity on the role requirements, nor did the interviewers have a structured approach to the interviews. I was asked to complete multiple interview rounds and assignments, which I did sincerely. However, after that, I was left in limbo for over three months with no proper updates. To make matters worse, I later found out that the company visited another college, took money to hire students, and selected candidates with noticeably lesser skills—clearly prioritizing financial incentives over talent and ethics. Despite sending over 20 follow-up emails, I was eventually told that my skills were “not a match,” yet they still wanted to keep my application on hold indefinitely. It has now been over 2.5 years, and I have never heard back from them. I would strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with this company for any hiring opportunities.
