Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at IMT Residential (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted and the setting of the first interview was flexible and easy. They understood I had other obligations at the time. One interview given, and I was just myself. After the first interview, I left with the question "If offered the position today, would you accept" and a few hours later I was emailed an offer letter.

Question 1
Simply, describe my ambitions, my strengths, weaknesses, why I was not happy where I was, and then open ended questions as to my standpoint in why I would be a great choice.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IMT Residential (The Woodlands, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
It was a very in depth interview. You can tell they put a lot of thought and consideration into who they hire. It was unorthodox but I enjoyed that. I feel it allowed me to express myself creatively and think on my feet. There were definitely some unexpected questions that I have never had asked me in an interview. At first this made me uncomfortable because I was afraid to say the wrong thing, but I soon relaxed and chose to be myself.
I have yet to hear back about if I have made the cut for a second interview but I feel confident in the process. The hiring manager was very friendly, open, and relaxed. We made jokes and set the tone to be fun.
