I applied through university. I interviewed at IMEG
Interview
It was two to one in-person interview. They asked me to introduce myself and asked multiple questions related to my resume. After they realized that they were part of the project team for my capstone building (I got permission from a different company so I didn't know they were part of it), they asked a lot about it.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, projects you've done, work experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IMEG (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2022
Interview
The recruiter was friendly and engaging, asking me STAR questions to learn more about my background and experience. However, the HR representative from the Chicago office was rude and unprofessional. She seemed uninterested in interviewing me and kept steering the conversation in a negative direction. She didn't ask me any questions about my experience or qualifications but instead focused on pointing out the bad things in my resume and interrupting me while I was speaking. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had.
Each round is eliminating. Recruitment process will take over a month and the stages are as follows - Aptitude, telephonic technical, face to face technical and face to face HR. Salary offered is also less but one can start careers as the company is good as you will get exposure to American projects mainly.
