I was contacted via a recruiter and for the most part the formal interview process was great and the founders seem chill. The recruiter however was a bit aggressive and unprofessional at times. She was helpful with guiding me through the process and expectations but would forget to send through material which resulted in my not being prepared for one of the interviews.
