First round with some of professors of similar field. Second round with director of school of management. In first round, questions from research work and basic management subject were asked. In second round, the ability of teaching was checked.
Fair and smooth, convenient, friendly interview board. Conduct as per candidate convenience. Interview conducted in hybrid mode, Dual sided communication. Timely information candidate. Hr part was best. Friendly hr, good campus. Long term vision

Smooth Interview with a cooperative panel. Not triggered much. The interview process goes on to tell about yourself to technical and HR discussion rounds. If everything goes well, an offer letter might be provided at the same time.
