Interview

Tough interview process. Along of questions on previous technical experience, power plant operations, and regulatory knowledge in power/testing/training. Several interviews with considerable wait time in between. Initial interview with three director and then final interview with COO.

Fairly informal, but thorough. Easy conversation and friendly demeanor. Not totally clear on daily responsibilities but I appreciated the tour of the plant. The interviewer was knowledgeable and professional. I have questions about the value of maintaining a positive working culture.
