I sent my CV directly to their email address. After few days I was told that IFS is going to hold some interviews in my university and the next day I got a call from IFS and I was told to come to the interview, which was going to be held in my university. Interviewer was nice and first he explained how they are going to interview me. I was given plenty of time to answer every questions I was asked. I cannot compare this interview with others since I have not participated in any. This was my first interview and I got selected.
