HR phone screen first. 1 week later, on site interview with hiring manager, then technical interview with 2 technical leaders. They did not ask any difficult questions, just normal QA standard routine : like what tools did you use for testing, what programming languages did you use for automation..etc. About 2 weeks later, I got offer.
