Hiring process in 2 levels , 1st by the local HR & subsequent level by the hiring manager. As this is a technical position , the 1st level interview focus more to filter out qualify candidates (on paper) & asked general interview questions & 2nd level interview focuses more in terms of technical experiences related to the job.
