Good total 3 rounds shortlisting, technical hr round and questions were experience based with clinical trials overall interviews experience was good and process completed in 2 to 4 weeks and offered position

Very few questions asked in interview process. I mainly sat and listened to manager talk and talk. Unable to get a word in and then the interview was over. I think I was put in a situation to sell myself without any questions leading into it. DOCS is bought Clinforce and they still have the same unprofessional practices as Clinforce always has. No follow up after interview either way even though I tried to contact recruiter. They will just leave you hanging. Do not wait around for them if you have other interviews or offers. They will only call you back if you are getting the job.
