I was recruited by DOCS International (recruitment company) for DSA I - network position at Eli Lilly. The interview process had 4 stages: phone screening, assessment, hiring manager and team leader. I had very positive experience with the whole process.

Interview was held in a phone screening and line manager. It was not hard for me. I thought the line manager had a good personality, however she was not specialist in my role.

Easy interview process, mostly questions from previous employment. Had asked about PV and ICH GCP guidelines. HR was friendly and follow up were quick and results were delivered quickly. Asked about triage, data entry and database we've Hands on experience.
