Interview
A recruiter from ICON connected with me via LinkedIn and referred me to a PRA recruiter who I spoke with on the phone. 3 days later I had a 2nd interview with the ICON manager. It was a pleasant interview, very light. Role and responsibilities were explained.
A week later, was the last interview with the project manager, explained about the work environment and what to expect about the team. I was sent an offer letter the day after.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

Interview
3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
