I was contacted for a preliminary interview that was fully virtual. I was never was able to get in contact with a living representative as I did not continue past the preliminary interview.

I was thrown off by how to quantify my proficiency in different programs
The first step is the online interview. This included about 8 questions with only one requiring a video response. There was no time limit, however, you are not allowed to rerecord your video response and once you submit your written responses you cannot change them.

The question requiring a video response simply asked "Why are you looking for a new position?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ICON (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
It was a two-step process in which the hiring person from HR handled my general information and then someone who would've been my boss took over the rest of the interview.
