I was reached out to from a recruiter internally. After 2 phone calls, I was set up with a video interview via HireVue that lasted an hour. After the call, I was told I'd hear back shortly as they're going through candidates quickly.

Arranged thru external recruiter: 2 managers in Skype; For a Senior position, this interview took 1 1/2 hrs!!! They tell you all about what they can offer then one manager starts asking about co-monitoring experiences. That was ridiculous considering a Sr. CRA has been managing sites with and w/o co-monitors! This CRA could not appreciate WHY my co-monitor experiences back when I started were of ANY relevance to a SENIOR role! The questions continued around a very elementary tone as if hiring a CRA 1. Very surprising and wasteful of our very limited time. The other manager chimes in occasionally but one led the barrage of questions. Assumptions made based upon answers comparing current SOP’s to theirs. Assumptions are never credible. SMH.

Interview
Phone interviewed with HR then video interview with line managers. Discussed previous experience and behavioural questions in regard to conflict management and communication. Managers were friendly and asked follow up questions. After the video interview, HR reached out to gain details about experience in different therapeutic areas.

Interview
The interview process was simple. I completed a screening interview with the recruiter and next step was an interview with the hiring manager. It took maybe 5 days to receive an offer along with a sign on bonus.
