Interview
Straight forward. I was contacted initially by the ICON recruiter and was invited to do a digital interview. After that, I was invited for an in person interview which consisted of one person in the room and one on a conference call. Both interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was contacted that night and was offered the position.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

Interview
3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
