ICF Program Manager interview questions

The selection process has four steps. A first screening call (About expectations and interest), an interview with the managers, a written test and then a second interview with the directors.

I had an initial HR/recruiter phone interview followed by two lengthy video interviews with staff. I never heard back on the position, which I find disrespectful to candidates' time. The interviews themselves seemed pretty standard and not particularly difficult.
