1. HR call 2. Hiring manager call (1 hr) 3. Call with other team members & directors (1 hr) It was a pretty straightforward process and I did not have any technical rounds or assessments. Rather conversational interview process. But the HR was HORRIBLE in managing all the process. They called like 10 times to reach me and we didn't make any appointments to speak on the phone. I'm working other job full time, and of course I couldn't answer the call. And then, it took unnecessarily long time to proceed to the next steps because again the HR was so slow. I guess they didn't have the immediate needs for the position. Also the recruiter I worked with was extremely unfriendly, bordering on the rude side. He blamed me for not getting back to him, called me like 5 times in 10 minutes, although it was HIM who missed my emails!
