Applied online for a lower level position, got a call from HR saying I will be considered for a higher level. Had two 30-min phone interviews where they asked general questions and about projects from my resume. They were easy interviews, you just have to know your stuff well. Then got called on site to meet with the team and other people. The people from my would-be team asked me general technical questions about power markets and about the LMP concept (lasted half hour). Rest of the people asked from my resume again and general getting-to-know-you questions (hadn't spoken with them before). Finally, met with the HR to discuss compensation and other stuff. Overall, a good and smooth experience.
Got an offer a month later, though a far lesser package than what we had agreed on.
