A phone interview followed by a Zoom interview. All in all, it was all of a three-day process from interview to offer. They do keep a lot of information until they send you the hiring process which is problematic.

Interview
You must pass a basic math test, mainly discovering if you can count US currency and percentages. You must pass this initial test to move on. Then they perform background checks etc. while you wait. Then you go through several face to face interviews. All of this happens on the same day at the career fair, which is the only way to get hired.
