IBC has the best interviews ever... The hiring process was 3 interviews, one with the general manager face to face, the second would be at head quarters as a group interview which is very fun because they allow you to be creative with arts and crafts, overall stay proffessional, and be your self
Interview was done over Microsoft Teams, main concern seemed to be if I was comfortable with a sales goal and canvasing to get new business. They asked about my experience, how I would maintain client relationships, and what my strengths were. They discussed pay. Pay is low, but with opportunity to earn commission.

Sort of long but was enjoyable. Didn't feel that nervous during the interview. Was sort of fun actually! Don't be nervous it is super easy so do not stress. I wish you the best of luck during your interview
