Interview
The entire process was awkward and condescending due to one of three interviewers. The other two people were super personable and enjoyable to talk to. Unfortunately I believe the position was described to me by a recruiter incorrectly, making the interview even worse and more awkward because it was clear they did not choose my qualifications for the position.
Application through a funding organization. Online Zoom meeting with a panel of interviewers from the group that the position is placed in. Email scheduling the interview came about a month after application.
