Questions.
Then an interview with the HR and the Head of the department you would be working with.
Then a final check with the HR for general fit with the company.
First interview is a test, it is computer generated and specific to the role applied for. Second is a meeting with the respective Manager, if you pass the test. Then a confirmation, after a background check and medical check.

Interview
I was invited to take a skill based test, after which I was called for an interview a week later. The skill based test was very practical so I advise you prepare really well for it. Your dressing matters a lot when going for this interview. Please ensure to take it serious.
