The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HyperJar (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had two interviews with employees from different teams. Interview sessions went well, however wasn’t offered any design task so was judged based on communication skills, experiences and portfolio. Organisation was a little lacking and the process took 1 month and had to follow up a week after my second interview for feedback. Overall nice team and interesting product but wasn’t offered the role

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at HyperJar (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
Single two to two and a half hours interview covering not only the initial chat and questions about the position, project, company and the applicant's career, but also the technical interview aspect.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HyperJar in May 2022
Interview
Spoke to the recruiter first and then had a 1 hour call with HyperJar. Was supposed to get an update by the end of the week. Just now have heard that they decided not to hire for the role any longer. What a waste of time and how disrespectful towards the applicants who put in time and effort!

Question 1
Who are key players in the social media market in the same industry
Sorry to hear about your experience. We’re a young, rapidly expanding business and sometimes our views about a role we need to fill change when we see the candidates - that’s what happened this time. All the people we interviewed were great, just too senior for the role we then realised we needed. We get the frustration (and it sounds like you didn’t get that feedback quickly enough from the recruiter either) but sometimes these things happen - we’ll do better next time. Good luck in finding your next position!’
