Interview
The interviewing process for me was about 3 hours long and I met with 3 different upper level managers. They went over what was expected of me as a Server (in the event that I was hired - and I was) and from the description given during the interview, it seemed as though this opportunity would be a great one thus, when the job was offered to me about a week or so later, I agreed to come on board.

I do not recall any of the questions that was asked of me during the interviewing session, however, I'm certain the questions didn't differ all that much from the usual questions asked of candidates anywhere else.
It’s a two part interview, the first one is to get to know you and if they’re Interested, they will invite you to the second interview where they yay or nay you.

the recruitment process was quick and extremely professional. in terms of presentation and previous employment places were gained to see if i would be suited for the service field. i believe on site presentation was crucial to clinching the job as well as poised demeanour and sufficient knowledge about the company's inner workings and components.
