The interview process tool a full week to complete.
You begin with a phone interview with HR and then get invited to meet Department Head and Hotel GM. I also got to meet with the department team and was asked questions relating to my experience. The Department Head was big on the team approving the new person hired

This was an internal interview so it was more informal. I first met with my direct superior for a one on one and then met with the team. The questions were mostly behavioral based on the job.
