What are you most proud of in your career. Why did you leave your last job. What do you want to accomplish Why did you apply for this job and what would your mom say about you if we called her
Fair interview process, but the compensation was not on par for years of experience and market conditions. Transparency in salary with initial posting would have saved a lot of energy for both sides.
Process was smooth and efficient. I met with a well-rounded interview team who were genuinely nice and cared about the company. The organization seems to have a strong culture and there seem to be a lot of opportunities to do great work.
