Interview
I came in and sat and waited along with a few other people who were also applying for the same position. The hiring managers, which was about 3 of them, called us one by one; 1:1 interviews. When it was my turn, I spoke with one of the hiring managers and at the end of the interview, I was asked to sit back out in the waiting room. After about 10-15 mins, I was able to speak with a second manager. When that was finished I spoke with the third manager and it all went great.
Great, informative, explained what I needed to do in detail and was through about the entire working process that needed to be done there. I feel that it might be a good company to work for and if you are looking to do housekeeping.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and professional. I was asked about my previous experience in housekeeping, my availability, and how I handle different cleaning tasks and situations. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They also asked scenario-based questions to understand how I deal with residents and maintain cleanliness and safety in a long-term care environment. Overall, it was a straightforward and respectful experience.*
The supervisors were very kind and informative. They asked me questions about my previous work experience to find out if I would be a good fit. They were honest about the amount of work and the toll it could have on your body when just first starting out.
