The process includes three interviews: 1) Human Resources Manager 2) Senior Director in Higher Education practice (finance) 3) Lead Manager, Health Care & Higher Education Practice. While I only made it through the first two stages, the process was well thought out -- designed to gather lots of information in a welcoming manner.
