There were several interviews, with interviewers moving up in seniority as the rounds progressed, culminating in a panel with C-suite members. Questions were behavioral with a few brainteasers here and there

Interview
There were four stages: first a recruiter call, then an assessment center then interview with APAC head and then final panel with global leaders.
It was a very lengthy process, assessment center was a whole day, including group work, mini presentation, 7 rounds of interviews with leadership team in Shanghai and tour around the factory.
