One interview; the questions were straightforward and there was nothing out of left field. Had two interviewers, both were very personable and made the interview a very positive experience . Heard back sooner than expected.

What is one time you made a mistake and how did you learn from it?
After a few emails and a quick phone call, there was a thirty minute in person interview at the MD office with basic questions about your interest, experience, availability, etc

They asked generic questions such as where did you learn about the internship, what about the internship interests you, tell me about your relevant experience, what's your availability
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Humane World for Animals

I emailed asking about the program and submitted my resume. A week later I had a phone interview with them. They were really nice and it was the normal, basic interview. Upon acceptance, they will do background check on you which takes a couple weeks.
