NO contact afterwards regarding pass/fail

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2020
Interview
Recruiter sent an email link to do an automated interview. From there, about a month to get an interview with the hiring manager and a team lead. Heard back the next day that I moved onto the final interview, that got scheduled the next week. The reason the process is negative is the time it takes and the complete lack of response from the recruiter. I finally heard back and declined the offer. I would not recommend interviewing here.
Two phone interviews, skype interview and an all day in person interview. Overall very intense, but a positive experience and way to learn about the company. They certainly knew me and I knew them at the conclusion of four interviews.
