Simple phone call and email. We exchanged emails for a week. Then set up a WebEx phone call, which is an online phone call. After one phone call, I received a follow up email offering me the position.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first was a behavioral interview with the typical generic questions. The second interview was a technical interview, which focused on critical thinking and how you approached problems.

How do you verify information given to you by LLMs?
Spent half a day doing the first virtual round which consisted of 8 questions just to get ghosted afterward. All communication was done via text instead of emails which was unprofessional and confusing.
