Interview fairly straight forward. Asked motivations on real estate, would have a good understand of real estate technicals, how investment returns work, and why you are interested in joining Hudson specifically.
Start with a brief introduction, then assess the candidate’s understanding of the business process. Review the resume carefully and ask behavioral questions to evaluate experience, skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Not too bad at all! 2-3 interviews. One was with manager and second with senior manager. First one was online and then second was in person. Not too bad of interview questions either.
