Very Easy and no sweat at all if you come prepared. Just be prepared and be ready to answer management questions as well as technical questions related to the Field that you are applying
Topic oriented questions after which a selection is done and candidates called up. maximum 30 mins .. usually its a bi person grading crew of technicals that does the interview and send ti the HR
