lots of paperwork, went to an office and told person about myself. i was told to go get a drug test , handed my benefits and told my schedule . i was told i would get 40 hrs training then i can get overtime

You go in and get an application. Fill in completely, no blank spaces
Turn it into hr and they will tell you about jobs theyhasve available
They will ask if you can do that shift and if you can they will set up the interview.
You come at the time and date set and the interview starts with 2-3 people all telling you abut the shift and house you would work at ten ends with them either offering you the position or not
