Was quick and relatively easy, although I did have the help of a recruiter. Had one in person interview, one online interview and had to do a test as well.

Lazy Recruitment! The interview starting with a general screening which was more of an ambush! Straight into personal and competency based questions without me knowing anything about the proposed position or company I am applying to work for. In fact that was left for me to explain “less talking for the her I suppose” I know and can test my research into the company but she requested a teams meeting and then asked me to turn the camera off “probably because it would actually mean her getting dressed”. It was far to processed based that showed no personality and more of a tick box exercise. I had to withdraw in the end as I didn’t have much to go of apart from reading the other reviews from current employees that this is not a good company to work for!
