I remained calm and asked him what I could do to help him. When he vented, I listened, and then I came up with ideas and suggestions to find a solution to his concerns. By staying calm, listening to his concerns, and being willing to come up with a pleasing solution, we found a common ground and everyone was happy.

Hi, may you advise on how scheduling works once hired. For example, do they give you your work schedule for the week or two weeks out, etc. Thank you kindly
