I arrived for my interview early to get ready and prepare. When the "manager" came to interview me, he didn't shake my hand and seemed annoyed that he even had to meet me. His first question in the interview was "How did YOU get here?" as he looked over my resume. He used the MOST insulting, patronizing and smug tone I've every heard. I must've looked shocked and it really took me back. I realized immediately that it was because of my AGE. He had NO interest in even bothering to get to know me or what I could offer. I didn't even stand a chance. From that point, the interview just went south. I couldn't answer anything, I was so shocked that I'm sure it came across as I fumbled thru basic interview questions. I was then told in the HALLWAY in front of others that they need someone with more digital marketing experience. I HAVE 20 YEARS! If the "manager" hadn't been so quick to insult me, he could've heard what I have to say about my experience.
