The interview process was a bit different for me. First there was a phone interview where I not only interviewed with the unit manager, I also interviewed with members of the staff. The next step involved having a face-to-face sit-down with 2 unit managers and immediately following their interview, I sat down with multiple staff members who also interviewed with me.

fair, really fast response after "Thank you so much for the offer — I’m really excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team and work on [specific aspect you’re excited about].”

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.

There was a 2 Step interview process, the first one was with the manager and educator. The second was a peer-staff interview. After the second interview, I expected to hear back but never did.
