Housing Ombudsman Service interview questions

Competent based questions with test. Remote interview with a panel of two, one manager one caseworker. Was quite relaxed environment. Seem to massage recruit at times. Adverts on webpage and linked in - lots of recruitment to various roles recently.

A couple of questions were ask, all were "tell me about a time...". No question about "Tell me about yourself" was asked. Interviewers were professional and friendly. All things on CV, written test and the interview will be contributing to the results. Interview was conducted online via MS Teams.
