Interview
Interviewed for about a month for this company. Communication has been awful from the start. It seemed like the interviewing process was never ending and they had absolutely no regard for anyone’s time. Everything was moving very slowly. Eventually had to tell them to find someone else, despite the fact I most likely would have been offered the job, because it was taking way longer than expected

Interview
The interview itself was about two hours and honestly a fun interview. I was super excited about the potential opportunity even though it seemed like a strange place. You have to memorize and recite their pamphlet on beliefs every morning at 7:30, I find that really weird. As one other person said, it has a CULT feel to it . They have a very strict, antiquated uniform policy; only black or blue suits, must wear heels and only one pair of earrings..really? The Recruiter asked me when I could start, then asked that I email her back the next day to let her know if I was interested or not. I emailed her three times and contacted her once through LinkedIn and I never got a reply! As a former Recruiter myself I find that very rude. At least reply back with a "no thank you" or " thanks for applying, but we have filled the position", anything is better than nothing.

Interview
Streamlined, phone interview, in person interview and a behavioral survey. Interviewed with HR manager then with the Director of Nursing. Math Test was administered very basic. There was also a basic test I had to study for about the products and services.
