Long interview process. RH interview -> First meeting with TL -> 1-week project -> Technical presentation and discussion with the team. The project is well defined and open to any language/approach. The technical discussion isn't very technical or even difficult. And because of that, i believe it's not possible to be fair on candidate selection. You can nail everything they ask, and still not be chosen to the role.
