      Human Resources Generalist Interview

      Jun 20, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Hospice Austin (Austin, TX) in May 2016

      Interview

The hiring process consisted of three steps: phone screening, in-person interview, and peer interview. I was able to do the in-person interview by Skype because I was out of state at the time. The peer team made me feel very comfortable they explained their exact purpose and asked questions about how I worked in team environments. They also answered my questions.

      Question 1

Give an example of a time in which you had to relay difficult information to a fellow employee. How did you handle it? What was the outcome? (Behavioral based questions)
