I interviewed for a position with Hopscotch and had a total of five interviews, including a recruiter screening, spread over several weeks. The process also required me to prepare a case study and presentation, which took considerable unpaid time. Feedback throughout was highly positive, leading me to believe I was a strong candidate. However, I received a generic rejection email with no specific feedback. My follow-up request for feedback has gone unanswered, leaving me feeling undervalued after investing significant time and effort.

Question 1
How would you prioritize work when looking at our data?
I interviewed at Hopscotch Primary Care (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I had two Zoom interviews, and both went pretty well. Both interviewers were friendly and open to all my questions. They didn't make me fill out an extreme amount of paper work. You are required to provide three reference before hiring if I remember correctly.

Question 1
When was there a time you were faced with a difficult team challenge that you had to overcome and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hopscotch Primary Care in Jan 2024
Interview
First round was with a recruiter, second round was with leadership & third round would’ve been with the office manager. I was invited to a third round however when I requested to push the third interview to the following week, due to a pre planned trip, I was suddenly told the company had moved forward with another candidate. Wish it had panned out differently, I do love what they’re doing for rural communities & hate that I took so much time off my current job for an outcome like this.
I will also say that the job was initially listed as remote but was informed that was not the case, so that is something to look out for.
