Interview
It seemed professional at first but then the back of house manager never gave any information about my existence to the front of house manager. I did two interviews and was basically told their AI service is setting up 50 interviews and they don't know how to do their job correctly. My friend had the same exact thing happen except they got back with them since they were female.
Two in-person interviews less than 20 minutes in length. The first round asked asked more behavioral questions that were relevant to the job and the second round asked for general availability
