Face to face interview in a small room. Keep on asking questions till she wants to heard something she wants. End up I think this interview is a sad one cause her subordinates do not want to takeover this post so she has no choice but to seek outsider to fill in.

called for interview and expect me to attend interview on the same day. Seems like they are very picky during interview and expect people who are very very experienced but in fact the salary range they pay is properly only for someone with few years or less experience
