Met with human resources for the first round of interviews. Standard interview process with the VP of HR. Was then invited back for a tour several days later. Was then not selected for the role. Please don’t waste candidate’s and your time for a tour if you aren’t going to select the candidate.

Initial face-to-face interview was with company president & HR director
Second face-to-face interview with president, Director of Marketing and Executive Director.
Revised job description in detail and came with a list of questions (the interviewee is also the interviewer of the prospective company as well).
