It was absolutely easy. They asked a lot of questions, but they where easy for me to answer. I have 10 years of experience so I do know what they are talking about. Very friendly gals!
The cleaning test , they take you to a clients home and you clean it, they don't tell you how to work you just do your own thing and they will call you if you meet there expectations.

Answered an ad online, then received a text message to call in for a phone interview shortly after. Was greeted by a woman telling me it would take about 15-20 minutes, then she proceeded to ask me a few professional cleaning questions. I bombed them because I don't have professional housekeeping experience, only restaurant side-work/porter knowledge. One of the questions was which room would you start cleaning first in an apartment/house and why. The bedroom, livingroom or kitchen? How would you clean hardwood floors? How would you clean a marble countertop?

Interview
First you get to attend a 2 hour orientation. After your background check comes back then you get a test/training for cleaning. After you completed all of these well then you get to work on your own.
