Company reached out to me three weeks after I applied, the person responsible for the role chose to text me versus emailing me. I was set up to chat with a senior member on the team, they sent me direction for the initial interview about one hour before the scheduled time. I had to inform them that I couldn’t come onsite with short notice given that all I had received was a calendar hold with no info, and the person in charge of the role said that it could done via Zoom. I spoke with a senior member of the HR team, they indicated they would set me up to come onsite to meet with the CEO and other members. This occurred about 2 weeks after the first interview, I was then told they would be in touch. Three weeks went by and the person asked if I was still interested in the role, and they said I would need to come onsite to meet with five more people, this was set up for 2 weeks after that email. When I came I sit so had a joint interview with two people, and this ran over, that led to the next interview running late and I couldn’t meet with two additional members of the team. They asked me to stay another hour to do these other interviews even though we were 45 minutes past the intended start times. I emailed the original person with whom I interviewed and was told that they would find time to schedule a zoom with the final two members later that week. Three weeks went by where I didn’t hear anything m, and then on a Friday after 7pm I got an email from the original person I spoke with saying that they went in another direction. The company was unprofessional and disorganized throughout the interview process, from random interviews being sprung on me and an interviewer while I’m waiting, to multiple people being late and unprepared to interview, to a lack of follow through .
