Hologic Key Account Manager interview questions

Interview handeld by a recruiter for a key account manager position. Even though diversity and inclusion are trendy topics, Hologic seems to maintain in place a systematic discrimination process based on individual's vaccination status. The interview stopped immediately after that the recruiter asked the question "have you received a COVID-19 vaccination?" and raised it as a mandatory criteria asked by the company. It is indeed, completely illegal to ask such question and make it a selection criteria for any job here in Switzerland. Furthermore vaccination has never been mandatory for any job in Switzerland and vaccination certificate do no exist anymore. As of today, going back to normal, this information is part of the personnal medical record of each individual and asking it infriges the law just as asking your sexual orientation, religion and political opinions. It is really a pity to observe that there are so much companies still putting themselves above the law.
